What inspires you about your work currently?

Knowing that I get to communicate with and support a dedicated team working in the international community all from my office in Washington, DC makes each day rewarding for me. I love knowing that MFO Staff, Associates and anyone we are working with can count on me to give them the attention they need.

How do you think outside the box in your current role?

Every new task is a puzzle and I try to finish all puzzle with grace and speed. But also, behind every puzzle is a person, and I know that this is the reason I am working at MFO.
